A sum of pageant:)

This past weekend I competed at the Pennsylvania State Fair Queen Pageant and it was amazing.  I may not have came home with a new title, or a bigger crown, but much much more! I got to meet 56 amazing girls that are all unique! I made more memories then I can count, and I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Thursday started off very interesting.  I showed up and got checked into my room and headed to get my hair done.   The only problem is that....we were at the wrong Holiday Hair!  Then after getting my hair done and ready, I stood infront of over 900 people and gave my introduction.  That was scary, but I did it!  After my introduction, I got to watch Lonestar perform.  The queens and I crowded around the stage. It will be a performance I will never forget.    Thanks to my aunt for going to take my pictures on the steps at just the right timing, I got to personally meet Lonestar and get a picture!  This is a night I will never forget.

On Friday I had an interview with the judges.   After that I attended the Judges' Reception and the Queens' Pizza Party.  This was a night to relax.  I got to meet and spend even more time with the girls.

On Saturday I gave my speech, worked the Basket Raffle, and then watched two amazing girls recieve new titles as the First RunnerUp and the new 2012 PA Fair Queen! They were very well deserving. I couldn't be more happier for them.

This weekend will be something I never forget. It was so much fun and I loved every minute of it!  I would love to give thanks for all who made this possible!   I couldn't have done this without my Aunt Billie, Aunt Amy, Linda, my parents, my gram, and the Huntingdon County Fair Board.  My parents and gram packed up everything and spent three whole days in Hershey supporting me.  My cordinators make everything funny and spoiled me like crazy! I loved it!  The Fair Board payed for everything for me! All expenses!  To Marra and Kelsey who drove down Saturday in the weather just to see me step onto the stage.  Tim and Jodi drove three and a half hours to Hershey in terrible weather, just so she could do my hair.  Dan Hawn and Gram Deb thanks so much for buying those pictures for me!  I hope I am not forgetting anyone! I appreciate you all greatly and I love you all !

p.s. Your All Amazing and thank you for making this weekend one that I will never forget!  I hope I made you and Huntingdon County proud!!
